A Day in the Life of Photojournalist

My first official assignment as a freelance photojournalist (June 26th, 2016) began fairly calmly--on a nice, Sunday morning--simply shooting photos of a rally and counter-protest at the California State Capitol Building, in Sacramento. The sky was clear and there was a light breeze rustling the mature trees on the Capitol lawn as I stood across the street--cameras harnessed and press credentials hanging around my neck--eating a PB&J and wondering if this assignment was going to be worth the gas... continue reading

Media credentials tips and terms

The causes are still unknown and unsure. All that is confirmed is the death of a member of a royal family but that seems like of mere secondary importance.Images after images are reported and used as evidence all in the search for the real answer but that has raised the concern on the issue about morality of photographers.... continue reading
