History of Dresden

Dresden is the capital city and after Leipzig the second-largest city of the Free State of Saxony in Germany. It is situated in a valley on the River Elbe, near the border with the Czech Republic. Dresden has a long history as the capital and royal residence for the Electors and Kings of Saxony, who for centuries furnished the city with cultural and artistic splendour. The city was known as the Jewel Box, because of its baroque and rococo city centre. The city is also one of the most... continue reading

I'm 3d modeler but sometimes to brake my routine I need to try to create creative art with other tools too.For this picture I was used a photo which was created before the thunderstorm. From tutorials I've learned so far,I saw you can create, different scene moods just by adjusting image with levels and rgb curves. So I played around with settings to see what will come out of it.When I've got dark doomsday scene I thought it would be nice to create a vortex with swirl tool so I did it.To add more action... continue reading

Heavy Horses

These horses really are gentle giants and very graceful too in the arena despite their size. They may have been used for pulling barges, working the land, pulling carriages or logs but as the... continue reading

I am using this for quite a long period already. It us such a big convenient thing to manage my pictures during holidays, long trip etc...It is a simple item which is a Secure Drive to Compact Flash converter commonly called SD/CF converter. The unit has the same size that a IBM Microdrive or CompactFlash II model. Why this unit is so convenient ? Firstly, the CF memory is well know (from the beginning) as capacity limited, as speed transfer limited and mainly for me as an expensive memory... continue reading

Celestial Errors

Mythology, religion, fables, gossip and even science has played a huge role over the yearsin the minds of normal and weird people, about the strange happenings around which we term as UNREAL. These UNREAL happenings can be named as ghosts, healings, vibrations, miracles and so on. Science has been the slowest to accept and grasp these happenings. It took a long while for science to transit from a flat world to round, then now reaching more insights of a shapeless rock which is just appearing round... continue reading
