I also noticed that a good quantity of microstock photos are picturing animals and landscapes. Not new here since I joined over a year ago to try to sell some of my photos. Got 10 photos accepted and over the first year I also had 10 sells but it was not an serious effort from me since I didnt regulary upload new images. Does your stock production need a check up? I've been thinking a bit more about my microstock efforts recently. I have a modest to middling portfolio here that I've built up somewhat haphazardly over time. It performs ok, I get downloads but certainly not great returns.
