Extreme inspiration

I recently went to a photography exhibition at the Metropoliatan Museum of Photography while on holiday in Tokyo. I found it by chance while filling in time between some other activities, but it turned out to be a big source of inspiration. Sometimes I look at other photographer's work and think something along the lines of, 'why didn't I think of that?' 'why are my photos not quite that good?' In 2003-2004, I have spent one year as a master exchange student in Koganei, Tokyo, and this is my second visit since then. It is in Tokyo where I first came into contact with photography and where I have started contributing to Dreamstime. A big, modern city, Tokyo offers countless opportunities for photographers, specially travel photographers like I consider myself to be.Even as... continue reading
