A Moment of Awe-Inspiring Wonder

It was all worth it in the end. I had waited for this moment my entire life, ever since I had been collecting National Geographic magazines in my teens. Back then, they were my way of looking at a world that inspired me and filled me with wonder about the mysteries of past civilizations. The pages of the magazine transported me to places that filled my imagination with the adventure that was missing in my suburban childhood existence. What hidden secrets lie there? Why this place? The day had... continue reading

Today I am so happy with a sale on one of my favorite images that I uploaded more than half a year ago. I would like to share my joy with you.The image was taken in a late afternoon when I was strolling around in my garden looking for interesting subject to snap. I found this little ladybird which was inactive and when I looked closely, I found that it was actually busy feasting on aphids.
