Where's the Content Filter search option toggle?

There's a lovely new layout on the management page. But I notice I don't see the old toggle for Content Filter. Am I missing something?

i can't find the way to disable Content Filter.

We're updating the content filter part of the search engine as we encountered some glitches. This is scheduled to be completed until the end of the next week. We are aware that this affects sales on the filtered images so we are trying to fix it quicker.

Not THAT new layout. I meant the layout that's missing a content filter toggle. Thought it was part of a new, cleaner, trimmed-down look.

as i see i have a A LOT of my NOT NEARLY deserved to be filtered images, like more than modest lingeire stuff you can see in every magaizne or any mall and EVEN PORTRAITS with no nudity or lingerie involved, not available for sale any more here. it means they are all under filter by mysterious reason and as long as filter is always ON for everybody now, nobody can buy them. lots of them are christmas stuff, so bye-bye sales.

real issue is having my lingerie and portrait images under this not working filter is a real pain for me. they are accepted and available for sale on sites not accepting nudes or sexy at all. why DT considered them to be buried under filter? christmas portraits of dreaming girl with snowflakes around her? happy santa helper in sporty underwear? why? ;(



looks like Osama in person is inspecting my portfolio now and disables everything. can somebody please take a look at my portfolio and images with filtering toggled? can you remove this filter from my no nudity images?



i have 1800 images in portfolio and only less than 700 of them are available for sale here now. you mean 1100 of my images considered as MUST BE FILTERED here? i hardly have 100 of those.



i'm one of your top 50 sellers. you made me featured photographer second time 2 weeks ago. all of this to disable 2/3 of my portfolio from christmas sales?

As I said there were problems with the way content was filtered that required immediate attention. The problems arised mainly from improper keywording, from what we've seen so far. There are other problems that may have participated to this, we're doing a complete review of this section. We realize it affects your sales so we will try to speed things up. I am confident this will be solved at least partially much sooner.

Well mine is another folio that is hurt by this....but I'm hoping that at least when you have it working again you'll have a content filter that remembers that the client wants it turned off I trust?



I have used several computers with several operating systems, on one of those computers across several reformats and reinstalls using several different browsers (and browser versions) and not once has my content filter remembered to keep itself turned off when I exit the browser.



It normally stays off after I hit the 'update features' button for as long as I have the browser open (even if I close the page and then come back later) but close the browser and next time I open a new browser and log into dreamstime that damn content filter is back on.



And I don't set my security or cookie settings to anything but the default windows settings, as I'm sure most users do.



I really hope this is one thing that gets fixed. I know I'm losing sales from people having their content filter continuously reset to ON and therefore not being able to see a good portion of my folio...

Can we have an update on this issue's resolution status?



In the interim would it benefit those of us trying to salvage our xmas sales to manually delete the obviously offensive keywords (ie: sexual, erotic, etc.) from otherwise tame (no exposed private parts) pinup pics?

Many images are already up so no need to do that, you will lose keywords so you will lose sales. The image is already marked so it will not help anyway. Thanks for the nice intention though!

Probably 80% of my pinups, tame and risque, are still inaccessible via keyword search. I just put up a very tame Christmas shoot and ten of twelve are unavailable. I imagine the same is true for Dolgachov and others. Naturally we're all anxious about losing the bulk of xmas sales for the entire year.

none of mine came back. i still only have 1/3 of my entire portfolio available here.



it's a disaster, considering the fact i had a good publicity in magazines this month, even american Shutterbug wrote about my site and gave me a promotion in latest issue. my site leads people to my portfolio here and nothing is really available for them to buy.



still i believe DT team makes it's best to resolve the issue and "wait and have patience" is all we can do anyway. i lkissed goodbye my sales on DT this month, but what can i do? let's hope January will bring some sales . let's hope we'll have our pictures up again some happy day. we have no other option. DT must be as interested in money as we are, so some day solution will appear anyway.

Two of mine are disapear too and content no sex, underwear or something else, just 2 old people.



I receive an email, I have 7 accepted, but just 5 appears in my upload and I don't see them in my management area and in my profil...

They do not appears in my accepted and rejected...,Just in my personnal email...It's the first time I have this kind of problem...I know sometimes it's longuer but we saw it somewhere....Maybe I should write to contact support. I'll wait a little bit

you said lots of images are already clarified from this curse. can i please beg you at least some of my images can be honoured the same way? indeed i believe i'm not your worst contributor and deserve to be treated the way others are threated. take a look at the list of referrals i bring you after all. it feels bad for me to hear lot of images are already up and see none of affected in my portfolio is up. i feel like black sheep knowing lots of others are up and selling. ;(

Lev, if the images don't sell for you, they also don't sell for the agency. The sales don't go to another contributor, as long as all of them are affected by this issue. The problem is taken care of, but reviewing manually a few tens of thousands is not an easy task, even for the most experienced editors.



The issue was simply amplified by very poor keywording. Contributors using sexual-related keywords on images that had nothing to do with those keywords, complicated things a lot.



Once again, as soon as we have an update, we will post it here. Until then, the only thing I can say to sweeten up your day, is that lots of offline images are being brought back online daily. The last phase will also bring the filter too.
