If you are using a spam filter or a free email provider such as Gmail or Hotmail, ensure that the filters are not accidentally marking our emails as spam. This is possible especially for the automated notifications we send to our contributors. If you cannot identify the filters, call your email/ISP provider or replace the email address used in your profile with another one.
