May I suggest to editors if possible to conveniently pinpoint out the wrongs and list out the spelling mistakes or keywords which they deemed are wrong in the conclusion column while they are at it if the sum of mistakes does not exceed five fingers so we the contributors could save the time pondering.
Spelling mistakes are easy to detect with the spelling checker but in some cases, misuse of keywords can be the key to the image being refused ultimately, so if its not too much of a fuss, editors should consider listing them out clearly while they are at it.
When you have an upload ratio of accepted images lower than 1 every other day and the reviewers here review thousands of images a day, who do you think should be checking YOUR images for correct spellings and grammar?

Misspelled words are underlined in red when you write them, and they can be found using the spellchecker tool near the keywords box. Listing wrongly used or misspelled keywords would take too long for editors to be productive and we consider contributors have enough tools to do this themselves.
