@Positiveflash, if I were a buyer, I would prefer your photo, instead of a perfectly exposed photo. Because I know that I can darken it and get the perfect exposure I want. But, many buyers don't have the trained eye to see the valuable potential, so they go for the "already" perfect photo. Actually, yours have more information, but it doesn't look good to the eye, at the moment. (see my humble edit :) http://oi40.tinypic.com/2z4hi84.jpg)
@Parkinsonsniper, I see your point. Looking at those side by side I can clearly see which one a buyer would prefer, and its not my version. I will try and do something similar and see if it gets accepted as a replacement.
I also have realized that I have been processing my images to what I think looks good, but its not about what I think looks good, its about what the buyer thinks looks good.
@CGlightning; I wonder why you have chosen red, instead of blue? Red is the color of love, I think. I made a version of your image, too (because I have lots of free time) I can share it if you want :)) you also may check the keywords and title for a better placement.
@Parkinsonsniper have a closer look at the pattern of the looping and you will know, why i have chosen the color red for love ;o) If the looping is an circle, i agree, blue maybe works better *g* Drawing a heart in the sky with a plane, a red sunset works better in my opinion ;o)
a picture with the same plane an blue sky (but no heart in the sky) has one sale ;o) https://www.dreamstime.com/earning_det.php?imageid=19350627
(Sorry for my english. It is not my native language, so i often have problems with the keywords too) ;o)
@Mike2focus The failure to sell on this image could be because the ladies hands appear to be in the wrong place. They appear to be placed slightly above the Navel and not, as they should be, above the sternum. I'm sure if the concept image was re-shot that it would sell as surely there is a demand for first aid instructional images.
@CGlightning :)) you are right. I have the wrong language. I saw the heart pattern for sure and That's why I mentioned "the color of love". I'm not a native English speaker and I always use a dictionary and especially look for synonyms of important words. Good luck in your sales :)
Quoted Message: This image seems to be of a good enough performance and of clear concept. Nothing superfluous here, only the main object. Nevertheless for almost 2 years 845 views and no sales. Same here. It is not a worst red-black-isolatd-rose (though not the best one, of course). But - 500 views and no sales for 8 months and I have no idea why.
In fact, it's odd that you have no sales with thesse ones. They are good images.
