Hello everyone! I'm fairly new to stock photography and I'm loving it so far. I currently own a Canon Rebel T3i and I'm looking to upgrade. While my camera does produce good quality images, I don't feel it's good enough for stock photography. I notice a decent amount of noise when I zoom up 100% in my pictures, even at a low ISO, like 100. I plan on purchasing a Canon 5D Mark II or a Canon 5D Mark III. I want a camera that's going to produce high quality images.
My question is, is there a big difference in quality between the 5D Mark II & 5D Mark III? Am I better off spending the extra money for the 5D Mark III?
I dealt with the same question a few weeks ago (but coming from an older Canon Rebel series version of camera). I got the same advice as astormfr gave here (and the other extra's on the Mkiii I can do on my laptop (HDR,...)). I decided to go for the Mkii and the money I saved I invested in a good L lens (since the good FF lenses might become quite pricy as well and a good body deserves a good lens).
