My photos are no longer exclusive?

Three of my photos recently got accepted and I am pretty sure I clicked the button allowing them to be exclusive but when I checked again, the button was unchecked. I tried to change it but it doesn't seem to work. How can I make them exclusive again?

The exclusivity box can be checked from your end at any time. It is true that it cannot be unchecked in the sense that you cannot cancel exclusivity from your end, you need to contact support for that.

If you are unable to check the exclusivity box and set images as exclusive, it is best to contact support and provide the ID numbers for us to look into this.

They should remain checked, odd that they are not. I just looked at your portfolio and three are still not exclusvie. I would do as Tangie suggested and contact support, if you haven't.

I just had the opposite issue... six of mine somehow became exclusive, which are already on another agency site, so I had to contact support.
