I currently use the Sony Alpha 6400 mirrorless APS-C camera, with four lenses: The Sony 10-18mm F4 OSS wide-angle zoom lens, which is very sharp and perfect for landscape photography, has now become my default lens. The Sony 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 OSS LE zoom lens is quite versatile, adapted both for landscape and some wildlife photography. The Sigma 100-400mm F5-6.3DG OS HSM telephoto lens (with the MC-11 mount converter), perfect for wildlife photography. The Sony 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS kit lens, which I rarely use; I use it for short trips when photography is not the primary purpose of the trip. I hardly ever use a tripod, as I prefer traveling light and taking pictures on the move.
I enjoy visiting and taking pictures of the American Southwest, particularly Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. I consider it to be a magnificent area, worth visiting over and over -- there is nothing equivalent in France where I grew up! I also enjoy mountains, especially in summer: nothing beats a hike to an alpine lake.
