Dominique Strauss-Kahn, former Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, is accused of sexual assault and was released from jail on bail. He is under house arrest and 24-hour watch by police and photographers on this old street in lower Manhattan. The address is 153 Franklin street. The two-story apartment building is at mid-block on the right side of the street.
