The Nova Scotia Tall Ships Festival featured 25 vessels that sailed past adoring crowds as they departed Halifax Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada on July 16th. Pictured is the Providence out of Providence, Rhode Island, a replica of the original 1760's Providence, a square topsail sloop that was one of the first ships in the American Navy. In the background is the sail training vessel out of Portsmouth, England, the Prince William.
