Mid summer festival is one of the most important annual festivals in Finland and in Nordic countries. Bonfires are burned around the country on this nightless night when the day is the longest with only couple of hours between sunset and sunrise. Traditional mid summer festival is organized in Seurasaari open air museum island in Helsinki every year with several bonfires and traditional music and dancing.
