A delicious western dish of of seafood baked with white rice, with a generous layer of creamy cheese sauce on top, and a sprinkling of herbs. Rich, yummy and nourishing. Vegetables such as capsicum, asparagus, onions, broccoli etc can also be added. Seafoods include mussels, fish, prawns, scallops, squids or calamari. Variation of the dish is the baked seafood with cooked pasta instead of rice.
