Beautiful and huge library of Fontainebleau palace in France. Opened in 1808, the decoration is from 1786. The library reserved for the exclusive use of Napoleon was one of the places where he loved to retire to work. Originally it contained around 4500 books about history, geography and sciences. Most of them are still there, very well organized.
