Frothy beaten egg-white clouds with sugar-sky added baked in a slow springtime oven make this into a terrific Whistler Meringue Pie. Perfectly pristine. (It used to be London Mountain until the 1960s when it became a skiing mecca north of Vancouver BC and was renamed for the whistling calls of marmots in the surrounding alpine area.).
