I like to make the ordinary special, and hopefully through some of my photos I give the viewer a glimpse of something they may never have noticed before about an object. I also prefer "field" photography to using a studio. I like to capture objects in their own environment and lighting.

I like to shoot most things, however I have a preference for animals, macro, detail, abstract, and street life. I currently live in Japan, so also lots of traditional Japanese temples and the like.
