I don't understand a refusal (not complaining, just needing explanation)

Hello folks,
I submitted a picture of a bottle of Coke, on a green wall. I also submitted other pictures at the same time, but not at all related to this one (landscape, etc.). And I receive this refusal:

"Please submit multiple images from this series in a single file. Multiple similar objects (different brands of a similar product) should be included in a single image. "

Can you help ? I have trouble to understand how I could have submitted multiple images in a single file, as I uploaded only one picture related to this bottle or this topic... no dispatched series in my uploads :-(

Many thanks!

Multiple images in a single file is the same as a collage or set: two or more images combined into one.

Thanks Kennystudio,
OK, I see what is multiple images in a single file now :-)
But there is no way my picture could be that kind of collage... It is a simple picture of a bottle of coke.. .I still don't get it :-/ Do I have to take several shot of the same kind, then do a collage and submit the all ? Is it what they are looking for ? I wonder why, as I saw many other pictures of bottles of soda, with no collage...

If what you are talking about is a coke picture and a landscape picture, I think there is mistake in the refusal reply since they are not related to each other. I suggest you email the support. They are very helpful.

Nobody of us here is able to explain you the specific reasons for refusal. In such cases I write to support asking. In several day I get an answer just from editor who refused the image. I strongly recommend you to go by this way, since it is the only constructive one :) Good luck!

I think DT is trying to conserve space plus improving their/our offer. By combining images in a single image, you increase your offer to a designer and it may increase sales. It's a good strategy, lots of competition out there. I started doing that after my first refusal for that reason.
