Image rejected - Where is the problem ?

I had this image, actually a whole batch of images, refused on the basis of:
Poor optical performance due to low lens quality, such as lens fringing, chromatic aberrations, uneven sharpness in focus area.

This is one of them:

I dont see anything wrong with this image, so I tried to get an explanation from support but after several emails un-replied, I gave up.

I wonder if any editor or colleage photographer could tell me where are the problems mentioned and point them out to me.

Thanks to all in advance for your feedback.

It looks over sharpened, to me. There's some sort of dithery look to it.

I think the main problem is "Canon Digital IXUS 850 IS".
From my experience most of my Point&Shoot camera is not enough quality wise for Stock except when the light condition is more that perfect. And a second thing is the bottom right part of your picture. It is blur comparing to the rest of your picture.

PS: I confirm that DT answer to all my mails and the answers are very helpful.
