It is normally jpeg format but there is also tiff available and sometimes an additional format of png or raw if the contributer has uploaded that format. All the options available. You can see them all when selecting the size. If an additional format is not shown then you can also request it on the tools tab.
I hope this helps.

The contributor has the facility to upload multiple formats like RAW, PNG, AI, EPS... when browsing you have also the option to select RAW or Vector to limit your criteria to images uploaded in this format.
Use the search options like "only vector/RAW"
Photography I use Nikon 105mm F2.8G, Nikon 35mm F1.8G, Nikon crop body...
Yeah, you have a lot of formats here. All types of Canon, Nikon, etc RAW (all versions), TIFF files for all images (but they are converted from JPEGs - so better download JPEG, saves credits) and PNG is another format. PNG and RAW are available only if the artist uploads them. Similar case with vector files like SVG. But you can always request them. :)
Try out PNG if you're working with illustrations or isolated objects. Comfy to start off. :)
55-250mm standard lenses. Dual tube macro flash and external speedlit...
Actually, they are. I have several PNG images available in my port. I like to provide these for images that have been isolated; I keep the white background as a separate transparent layer for the buyers this way.
