On 1-6-13 I submitted a question via the "contact us" link. I received an automated email reply stating that I should expect a response within 36 hours.
Seven days later I used the same means to contact Dreamstime and let them know I haven't heard back from anyone, and I referenced the original inquiry number. Again, I got an automated reply saying I'd get a reply within 36 hours.
As your question was replied already here you won't be receiving another email.
Also, we usually reply withing 24-48 hours (maybe longer during weekends and holidays), but, if after 5 days you still have not received a reply, please resend your question. As mentioned before, make sure your spam filter doesn't stop emails from us reaching your inbox.
