Google Trends - great resource to improve sales of your photos

I always thought it'd be cool to be able to find out which are the hottest "buzzwords" in a certain industry. E.g., my IT photos are selling very well, especially those dedicated to current hot buzzwords, such as "cloud computing". Once you know such hot buzzwords, you can at the very least improve you keywords, by adding the new buzzwords to your existent relevant photos, or better still - it can help you to create new photos, targeting the buzzwords, which would sell very well.

And I just stumbled upon a great resource for buzzword search - the Google Trend site. E.g., here what it shows when I search for the buzzwords in the last 12 months, image search based, in the Internet & Telecom category:

So for example you can see that "tumblr" is both hot and rising search term - implying that a photo dedicated to tumblr would be selling like hot cakes (hopefully :) ).

This is very nice of you to such an information. I will google for Google Trends an I'm sure I will find what you mention here. Google really makes life easier. I hope they won't use their huge knowledge and database against people.

One small catch - it looks like one needs to have a google account to see this link. But these days almost everyone got one. And it's easy to get one.
