Total sales on "My profile" acts weird

hi all,

I've noticed lately that my "total sales" on "my profile" grows without me seeing and correlation in "my earnings".

It's just jump from 1040 to 1044 and I see nothing in "my earnings". BTW - I didn't even have any sale during last 3 days.

Did anyone else encountered this?
Can someone tell when does this number update?

It happened to me too, 3 phantom sales from 377 to 380 without any increment to my earnings whatsoever, i have since contacted the admin.

Now my sale stats are correct. Was wrong for ages. But these "phantom" sales may be correct anyway ?:). I have 11 sales in my earnings but my public stats only said 9 for a few months til now

The figure on my profile page has been 224 sales behind the actual figure for months, (12092 actual sales - 11848 on profile page) until this morning when it corrected itself.

However some of today's sales have not gone up on the profile page, maybe they will catch up later if the profile figure is not in 'real time', but I won't hold my breath!

I Have experienced this issue. What happens is cash earnings are updated immediatly you make a sale but total sales is not always so what you experience is a catch up.

Due to the amount of data handled and also to the tasks some of the servers may be executing, there are delays at times. This is why the total sales numbers falls behind and is not always updated in real time. The numbers do catch up and this is why you see a sudden increase in your statistics. This may continue to happen in the following days as we are doing our best to find a solution to this issue.
The earnings on the other hand are updated in real time.

For months now, the total sales in my profile page had been displaying a figure less than my actual sales. Glad to report that it is has been updated to the correct number now.
