With Photoshop (or GIMP) you cannot create EPS file. To be precise you can create it but it is not a vector file but a raster file. I don't know how I can help you. Maybe Adobe Illustrator could be a solution.

You're right, it does not charging, is a vector file, but I have seen some images created with Photoshop alone have an additional format, but how can you help me, please!

For such images there isn't an additional file you can upload because eps files created with Photoshop are always raster images and vector files can not contain bitmap elements. We only accept eps files for illustrations created by vector programs like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Inkscape. Hope this helps :-)

Thank you for the compliments, the answer was very explicative about the problem, not exist additional format, if you create an image completely with Photoshop!

Fabio you can made .EPS or air but that is maded in Photoshop(raster program) if want to accept your additional format you need to made this in Illustrator(vector program).Dont use in illustrator effects who resterize vector elements like Guasian blur on gradients and other PS effects in Illustrator. All elements it's need to be VECTORS in CMYK color. Send message to support they can explain all requerments. I have 400+ vector files in my porfolio with acepted vector additional format.

Nice to see 2014 just around the corner. You have to use a vector program to create EPS, as others have already replied.

Hi! You have to read the refusal reason DT sent You via mail.

Looking the image I can suppose the reason could be the following one:

"The file contains raster (bitmap) elements. This can happen when exporting to a file format that does not support certain types of gradients (such as transparency gradients) or effects (drop shadows, glows, gaussian blurs etc). Please check the exported file and either use generic effects (such as meshes or nontransparent gradients) or choose a more compatible format when exporting."

Sometimes EPS files doesn't support some effects, so the better idea is use another format or make more attemps to save the EPS file with the effects You used.

My suggestion is save the file as .AI in adobe illustrator and send that format. I think You don't have problems with this idea.

Ciao ;)

Thanks Titian, but I also tried converting it into AI, practically in AI, EPS, or RAW format in Photoshop, it crashes the whole load without getting anything in practice does not work! They are right all those who have written to me in practice I used gradients and Gaussian blur filter, all of which rasterize the image and then only possible to send the Jpeg. It would be nice if they accepted the PS format, in practice it would be a nice Tiff with all levels open, it would be very convenient for the user to change the image completely bought it!
