Anybody making decent money here?

Redhenry
Now, I am a small fish here with a minuscule portfolio but even my images have very low views after being online for a few weeks.

Is DT's search function only showing the most downloaded pics by default?

And yeah, anybody making a few $$$ here?

I got over 1000 uploads with 3 sales so I would say not really as well.

I've had much better success with other stock photo sites.

I just viewed some of your images, and honestly, they're not very good. There are a lot that either have the horizon not level, or the subject is out of focus, or the image is confusing, and the majority need editing to really makes things pop.

Just as a quick example, you have this image of the puzzle pieces...

...trying to compete with this image of puzzle pieces.

Know what I mean?

Get rid of ALL images that are out of focus, and edit ALL images that have the horizon not level.

To be honest I uploaded the puzzle pictures just to see if Dreamstime would honestly take them and they did... so what does that mean for quality there? But I get your drift.

Yea, it's kind of strange.
