Terranera against snow-capped mountains, Italy. Terranera is a village at the Rocche plateau in the Sirente-Velino Regional Park in the Italian province of L Aquila in Abruzzo. The park is centered around the Monte Velino and Monte Sirente massifs. In autumn snow has covered for the first time the mountains with a thin white layer.
