Ural Off-Road Motorcycle With Sidecar. Based upon the BMW R71 motorcycle, the Soviet Union began constructing these motorcycles during WWII. The Ural Company is headquarters in Seattle, Washington, and the factories are in Russia and Kazakhstan. Power is provided by a 749cc engine which produces 42 HP. These bikes are built primarily for off-road useage.
