Your FTP details
FTP address:upload.dreamstime.com
Username (user ID): your username/user id
FTP transfer mode: passive
Password: your Dreamstime account password
Easy and fast, the FTP is the recommended option for batch uploads and it ensures your content is uploaded all at once.

Images & raster illustrations
- Upload in root (/) folder
- 1GB maximum file size
- JPEG/RGB files
- Best quality compression
- At least 3 Megapixels resolution
Vector and RAW files
- Upload in /additional folder
- For illustrations: .ai, .eps, .cdr and .svg files
- For photos: Camera RAW files+ add new ( full formats list)
- Attach an additional format file to its JPEG counterpart by giving it the same ID (e.g. 12345.eps for 12345.jpg) area
Video files
- Upload in /video folder
- Quicktime MOV format preffered
- Photo JPEG/MJPEG codec preffered
- Up to 30 seconds length recommended, up to 60 seconds acceptable in certain cases
Audio files
- Upload in /audio folder
- WAV or FLAC format
- 44100 minimum samplerate
- 16-bit minimum precision
- Up to 600 seconds length
Model/property releases
- Upload in /modelrelease folder
- RGB JPEG or PDF file
- One document per person/property
